How to search Ctrl Hub

You can use the system search bar at the top of the page to locate anything on the system.  This is filtered to narrow down your search.

As you can see, on the left is an option box used to narrow your search parameter. This search element works for any narrowed search you need in the Select Option drop down menu

For this example, we will search for Sam Furniss. First enter the name in the search box, next press the select option. Once your option is chosen this will automatically start your search.

his will now search for all Sam Furniss in the system.

You will notice that under their name it will show you the employees Occupation, Status and Username so if there is more than one employee with the same name you can select the one you are looking for.  If there is more than one organisation this column will show you which organisation the employee is with.  The final column will show you the type, this is what you have searched for (on this search it is Employee).

At the bottom will show you how many items have been found, if more than 20 have been located in your search you can click the next page for more items.
