HAVS Reports

There are two different reports that you run relating to HAVs, they are HAVs Exposure and HAVs Gaps, we will look at both in this article.

HAVs Exposure

To run the HAVs Exposure report, select Generate.

A new window will appear, the Output Format will default as 'CSV (Spreadsheet)'.  You can choose a date range to create the report.  Once you have entered your dates click Generate.

This will now create and download the report for you to open and this will be saved to your device.  The report will show you the daily exposure points per equipment per employee within the date period selected.

HAVs Gaps

To run the HAVs Exposure report, select Generate.

A new window will appear, the Output Format will default as 'CSV (Spreadsheet)'.  You can choose a date range to create the report.  Once you have entered your dates click Generate.

This will now create and download the report for you to open and this will be saved to your device.  The report will show you employees who didn't submit a HAVs Form during the selected dates per day.
