Creating a Bulletin Audience

The “Bulletin Audiences” refers to defining groups of users to send bulletins to; and is also underneath the Bulletins. If you click the green Create Bulletin Audience button you will be asked for the relevant details to set up an audience.

  • The “Label” refers to the name of the audience.
  • The “Roles” chosen will specify that the bulletin be sent to all users with the specified role(s).
  • The “Occupations” chosen will specify that the bulletin be sent to all users with the specified occupation(s).
  • The “Organisations” refers to which organisations are to receive the bulletin.
  • The “Employees” is a way to specifically define a list of users to receive the bulletin.

*Note* All of these options are fully inclusive, meaning if you choose an Organisation, every member of the organisation will be notified.

Once you’ve filled out these details, click Create Bulletin Audience, and you will be shown the audience details.
