Answering a Bulletin

Answering a Bulletin

When you receive a bulletin, you should review the attachment(s) before opening the form.

When you answer a bulletin, the form will appear like any other in Ctrl Hub.

Either open the link from your “Bulletins Pending” dashboard widget, or copy the link from your email and paste it into an open (and logged in) Ctrl Hub window. You will be presented with something similar to the following.

Failing a Bulletin

If you fail a bulletin, you will receive a red failure message in Ctrl Hub and also an email stating that you have failed which contains links to the attachment(s) and to retry the form.

If you fail the bulletin, by not meeting the Pass mark, you will have to wait a specified amount of time before being able to try again.

When you try to click the link to complete the form (either from the email or dashboard), but the system does not allow you, you need to wait longer before attempting to retry.

When you fail a bulletin, the icon next to the bulletin in your “Bulletins Pending” dashboard widget will appear as orange. This means that you initially failed this bulletin.

Once you have waited out the “Retry timeout” you may reopen the form via either method, and continue to try the form again.

Passing a Bulletin

When you successfully answer a bulletin, you will receive a green success message like so:

The bulletin will no longer appear in the dashboard widget, once it has been successfully completed.

This bulletin is now successfully completed.
