Bulletins Reporting

Bulletin Completions Report

The “Bulletin Completions Report” can be found under “Safety” reports. 

*Note* If you cannot see this, you may not have the necessary permission to access this level of the system.

When you select the Generate button, you will be prompted with the filtering options for this report. Under “Bulletin”, choose the relevant bulletin you wish to produce the report for.

This will produce a report of the relevant status of bulletin completion, including who has received it, how long it took them to complete it, their score, the date & time of completion, etc.

Bulletin Non-Completions Report

The “ Bulletin Non-Completions Report” can be found under “Safety” reports.

*Note* If you cannot see this, you may not have the necessary permission to access this level of the system.

When you click the Generate button, you will be prompted with the filtering options for this report. Under “Bulletin”, select the relevant bulletin you wish to produce the report for.

This will produce a list of the users who have not yet completed the specified bulletin, including the relevant bulletin’s name, the employee’s name and their email address.
