Adding Associated Organisations to a User's Profile

Some users will need to have Associated Organisations in addition to their primary organisation, linked to their User Profile in order to produce reports, view more data & operate as different Organisations 

Only certain users will have the permission to assign Associated Organisations, if you do not see an ‘Update’ button, please speak to a super user within your organisation for assistance.

Associating an organisation to your user profile will allow to you view that associated organisation’s submissions, produce reports with that organisation’s data and generally grants more access and visibility.

To assign a user any additional associated organisations:

  •          Open their User profile within Ctrl-Hub.
  •          Navigate to the ‘Associated Organisations’ field.
  •          Click the ‘Update’ button on the right of this field.

  •          Type in, or select from the drop-down menu, all relevant organisations to associate.

  •          Finally, click the blue ‘Update’ button, and you will see a green message bar indicating that the employee’s profile has been updated.
