Changing a Status on an Employee from Data Only to Active
When you have an employee who is set to Data Only and they now need access, you can change their status to Active.
Go to the employee that you wish to allow access, you can see in the General Details area they are currently set as Data Only. In the top right, select update.
Now go to Status and change from Data Only to Active and then click on Update.
You will now see that the status has been updated. You now need to send to employee password reset email, before doing this, check that the email is correct and valid. Once ready, select the Action menu and choose Send Password. This will now send an email for the employee to create a password and be able to log in.
*Note* The password email is only valid for 12 hours, make sure that when sending, the employee can change the password in that time.
