You can also follow these steps when applying Certifications to equipment and vehicle

You can bulk assign and award a qualification to multiple employees using the bulk upload option.

Select Qualification from then main Navigation menu, from the Bulk Import choice select Bulk Assign Qualification and Award.

This will take you to the import page, if this is the first time bulk assigning qualifications, you will need to download the CSV template by selecting Download Template and use the Columns panel as a guide.

Once you have opened the CSV spreadsheet you will need to populate the rows with the required data as advised in the Column Guide. (screen shots are further down)

Once you have added all employees and the qualifications, save the CSV and you are now ready to upload.

Return to the Bulk Award Qualifications and Assign Certs page, to Import File, select Choose File, select the file you have created and select Import.

You will see the below success message.

If you get a red error message it means that something is incorrect in the CSV file and the error message will tell you where to check.

Check the CSV file for any errors and reupload.

Once successfully uploaded you will see the qualifications awarded to the employee.
