Excluding and Restoring Qualifications & Certifications

Sometimes one or more Qualifications or Certifications need to be excluded from a person or asset, this allows retention of compliance history but does not contribute towards a person or assets overall Risk Status

Follow these steps when excluding certifications on equipment and vehicles

On a users profile page select Qualifications and Manage

Using the Tick all function you can select one or more qualification to exclude

Using the action menu select Exclude

The page will load and you will see the excluded qualifications

You can now see the qualifications have been Excluded and do not have a RAG status

To restore one or more of the Qualifications should a user complete the training in the future follow the same actions as above but select Resume

Note - Overall RAG statues will refresh every 15-20 mins, any excluded qualifications or certifications that were at Attention will be excluded after the the next MPTT run.

The Excluded Qualifications and Certifications will show as excluded on any reports.
