Bulk Re-Award Qualifications and Certifications
You can also follow these steps when applying Certifications to equipment and vehicles
When you have a group of employees who have just renewed a qualification on the same day, you can save time and bulk re-award the qualification where they are already a holder
Go to the Qualification you wish to re-award and select the Holders tab.
Check the boxes of those you wish to re-award the qualification to, then from the Action dropdown menu at the top, choose Award.
A new window will appear where you can enter the awarded date (the expiry date will automatically change to match the duration of the qualification). You can also opt to add a provider and any notes, once you are ready, click Award Certificate to Holders.
You will see the qualification has been rewarded to all of the holder you selected with the same dates.
