Bulk Submission PDF Download

Sometimes you need to provide clients with PDF copies of one or more submissions

When you need to bulk download submissions in PDF, this can be sent to via a zip file to your inbox.

You can action this in form submissions or any areas in the platform where there are associated submissions, such as employees, sites, tasks, equipment, and vehicles.

For this example we will use the form submissions.

From the main navigation menu go to Submissions and select the form you require the PDF downloads for.

Once the list of submissions appear, tick the boxes that you requires PDFs for, go to Actions and select Export PDFs.

A box with a message will appear, click OK .

After a few minutes you will receive an email with a link to access your PDFs.

To bulk download from other areas where form submissions are held, below is an example from the Sites area.

Go to the chosen site, then submissions and select All.

You can select which submissions you wish to download or tick All and it will check all submissions.

Click on Actions and the then choose Export PDFs

*Note* You must have a valid email on the system to receive the email.

You will receive a notification to confirm you wish to go ahead, select OK and you will receive an email with a zip file containing the PDFs.
