Bulk Downloading Folder Contents

Ctrl Hub gives a user with the allocated permissions to download the contents of a folder in bulk to a zip file sent to the logged in users email.

*Note* It is important that your email address is a valid email in the platform.

Bulk downloading folder contents is available anywhere that contains folders which include, Organisations, Employees, Teams, Vehicles, Equipment, Sites, Tasks, Certifications, Qualifications, Matrix Holders and Shared Folders.

*Note* For this example we will use Shared Folders, but it is the same process anywhere on the platform.

To download all contents of a file within the Shared Folders, firstly find the folder you wish to take the files from

Select the Action Tab and chose Download as Zip 

You will be presented with a confirmation pop up. Select Request Zip File 

You will receive a confirmation message the requested files will start to be prepared for transfer and then emailed to you. 

You will receive and email where you can download the Zip file.

*Note* Where there is a folder structure, enter the folder and select the folder within the structure you wish to download using the steps as set out above
