Password Management
Changing My Password
To change your own password, click the drop-down menu next to your name:
Select the “Change Password” option from the menu at the top of the screen:
Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password. Click the Change Password button to confirm the update:
You will see a message of success.
Changing Employee Passwords
To change the password of an employee, you must view the employee from the employees list in your left hand menu.
Select the “ Change Password ” option from the drop down menu:
Enter the new password and click the Change Password button to save it:
You will see a message of success.
Sending a Password Reset Request
You can also send a password reset email so a user has to reset their own password.
To do this, you must view the employee from the employees list in your left hand menu.
On the employee account select the “ Send Password” option from the dropdown menu and click OK to confirm, the link will be valid for 24 hours.
*Note* Check that the employees email is up to date to ensure they receive the password email
You will see a message of success.
Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a password reset email from the log in page.
*Note* Your email address would need to match the one registered on your profile.
On the log in page, select Forgotten Password.
A new box will appear where you will enter your email address, then click Get New Password.
You will now received an email with a link to reset your password, the link will be valid for 24 hours.
