Listing Workflows

A workflow is a collection of steps and transitions. A step is a state that a form submission can attain. For example, ‘Draft’, ‘Submitted’ and ‘Approved’ might be typical steps in a simple workflow. Transitions determine which steps a submission can change to from the step it currently has.
