Listing, Filtering, Searching and Exporting Equipment

Listing

Equipment can be used by (and, therefore, assigned to) sites, vehicles or directly to employees.

You can access the equipment listing by clicking the Equipment link in the navigation:

Click on an equipment result to view the equipment details.

Filtering

On the equipment listing page, you can click the Filter bar to expose the filters form:

You can now filter for equipment using all of the available filters. When you’ve selected your criteria, click the Filter button to filter the equipment. Click the Cross or Clear button to remove the filters:

Searching

You can use the system search bar at the top of the page. Type the equipment name into the search box and hit Enter in order to search the system.

*Note* You can select “Equipment” from the drop down in order to narrow your search:

Exporting

From the equipment listing, you can export the list as CSV or PDF via the Export menu.

*Note* If you have any filters applied, this will only export the filtered equipment
