Archiving and Restoring Archived Equipment

Archiving Equipment

*Note* Archiving equipment does NOT permanently delete it. Any archived equipment can be restored.

To archive equipment, click the Archive button then click OK to confirm:

You will be back on the equipment listing page with a success message. The archived equipment will no longer be listed

Restoring Archived Equipment

To restore equipment, use the filter to list equipment that has been archived. Ensure that you select “Show” from the “Archive” dropdown then press the Filter button:

You will see any archived equipment.

To restore equipment, click the Restore button and confirm by clicking the OK button:

You will see a success message:

After removing the filter, the restored equipment will now be in the listing
