Accessing the Folders Space

Folders enable you to manage any documents, images and other various media types, that are related to a particular system entity; be it an Employee, Team, Vehicle etc.

*Note* there is also a separate space for shared, system-wide content; Shared Folders.
Any files managed in the Shared Folders area are NOT related to any particular entity.

The following example makes use of the Vehicle folders space but is applicable to all entities with Folders functionality.

In this example, we’re looking at a newly added Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Let’s check out the folders space!
