Viewing and Updating a Team

Viewing a Team

From the menu, select Teams. Here you will see the list of teams available to view.

Once selecting a team, by default, when viewing a team, you will be on the Details tab.

The Details tab contains basic information such as the team label, leader, members etc. as well as the team manager and tags.

Site Association

To assign the team to a Site, simply select the “Site” option from the top menu of the Team page:

Select Manage Site 

Complete the form and click the Save button to associate the team:

You will see a success message and that the Site will now show on the Team site listing 

Updating a Team

When viewing the team you need to update, simply select the Update button:

You can then make any required changes and click the Update button:

You will see a success message and the updated team information

You can assign a manager to multiple teams and the teams will appear on the assigned manager dashboard under Teams
